Status and Aims
'Facciamo Pace !' (FP) is a non-profit and non-party association,whose primary goals are:
- to spread and to promote in local situations a global culture of peace, justice, solidarity and nonviolence;
- to organize and to manage activities to support refugees and fugitives.
To reach these aims FP takes care of training and promoting a joint and mutual responsability of its members. The members are both atheist and Christian believers, so that FP is also a group where a religious and a non-religious component meet to exchange toughts and experiences and to grow together on the basis of common values and aims. Meeting diversity is, in the spirit of FP, an occasion of personal and shared enrichment.
Principles
FP orients its activities mainly to the principles of peace, justice, solidarity and nonviolence and receives men and women who, indipendently from their political and religious believe, share the association's values and the desire to defende the dignity of human beings.
FP grants a privilege to decide by mutual consent of its members.
In their everyday life FP's members engage theirselves to share a peaceful way of life.
FP is founded upon free and voluntary activity of its members.
Organization
FP's organization includes:
- Assembly's members, who deliberates about association's main lines and activity
- Board of Directors, who manages the association's activities and puts into effect the Assembly's deliberations
- Areas of activities and working out, which both elaborate proposals that will be discussed in the Assembly's members and work to carry out the Assembly's deliberations according to the Board of Director's.
Financial resourses
FP realizes on personal subscriptions, voluntary donations and public supports.
